Description

Movento Energy is an insecticide that contains the active ingredients spirotetramat and imidacloprid. It is used to control a range of sucking pests, including red spider mites and whiteflies, in crops such as brinjal and okra. Spirotetramat is a two-way systemic insecticide that moves both upward and downward within the plant system to control pests wherever they live and feed. It acts through lipid biosynthesis inhibition and has a long duration of efficacy against the developmental stages of multiple sucking pests. Imidacloprid is a nicotinic acetylcholine receptor inhibitor that disrupts the insect’s nervous system. Movento Energy offers excellent long-term suppression of pest populations, increased crop vigor, and increased yields. It can be applied at a rate of 0.5 to 1 milliliter per liter of water and should be avoided during the flowering stage of the crop and when bees are actively foraging.
