Takumi Insecticide is a chemical insecticide that contains the active ingredient Flubendiamide 20% WG. It is used for the control of a broad range of Lepidopterian insects and is known for its pronounced larvicidal activity, meaning that the product has to be ingested. It has no ovicidal activity.

It is a fast-acting insecticide that leads to rapid cessation of feeding immediately after ingestion of the compound. It provides assured control due to its unique MCM technology and provides long-duration control with low toxicity. It has an advanced water-dispersible granular formulation, which makes it safer for beneficial insects and an ideal fit in Integrated Pest Management (IPM) and Integrated Resistance Management (IRM). It also has a phytotonic effect.

The recommended dosage is 0.5 gm per liter of water. The mode of action of Takumi Insecticide is broad-spectrum Transamination Insecticide. It is mainly used for rice, cotton, cabbage, tomato, sugarcane, chilli, tomato, soybean, red gram, groundnut, and Bengal gram. It targets insect/pests such as Bollworms, Rice stem Borer, Aphid, Jassid, Leaf folder, American bollworm, Pod borer, Diamond, back moth, Fruit borer of Cotton, Rice, Pigeon Pea, Cabbage.
