Ampligo Insecticide is a broad-spectrum insecticide manufactured by Syngenta. It is composed of two active ingredients: Chlorantraniliprole (10%) and Lambdacyhalothrin (5%) encapsulated in tiny ZEON capsules (ZC), which ensures quick knockdown activity against various life stages of insects like eggs, larva, and adults. This helps to minimize feeding damage and economic loss.

Ampligo 150 ZC is encapsulated in tiny ZEON capsules (ZC), which makes it act faster and the results are visible. The insecticide mixture is composed of Chloratranilprole (10%) and Lambdacyhalothrin (5%) ZC which is a visibly fast-acting insecticide mixture having ovi-larvicidal action too.

It can be used on a range of crops like Pigeon Pea, Cotton, Rice, Soyabean, Okra, and Brinjal. The target pests for these crops are Pod borer, Bollworms, Stem borer, Leaf folder, Green Leaf hopper, Leaf worm, Girdle Beetle, Semilooper, and Stem fly.

The recommended dosage of Ampligo Insecticide varies depending on the crop and target pest. For Pigeon Pea, a dosage of 80ml/acre is recommended against Pod borer, while for Cotton, a dosage of 100ml/acre is recommended against Bollworms. Similarly, for Rice, a dosage of 80-100ml/acre is recommended against stem borer, leaf folder, and green leaf hopper.

A waiting period of 18 days from the last application to harvest is recommended for Pigeon Pea, 20 days for cotton, 53 days for Rice, 41 days for Soyabean, 3 days for Okra, and 5 days for Brinjal.
